CHAPTER 05 Title 9 Parking on Private Property CHAPTER 5 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY SECTION: 9-5-1: Parking on Private Property 9-5-2: Use Must Comply with All City Codes 9-5-3: Penalty 9-5-1: PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY: Any person who parks or leaves, including the owner of any unattended motor vehicle upon any private property of another, without the consent of the owner or person thereof, is guilty of an infraction. 9-5-2: USE MUST COMPLY WITH ALL CITY CODES: No person owning private property within the City shall give permission for an individual or business to park a motor vehicle on private property for a purpose that is not allowed within the City or within the zone designation of the City Code. Any person in violation of this section is guilty of an infraction. 9-5-3: PENALTY: Any violation of the provisions of this chapter or order issued hereunder shall be deemed an infraction and shall be subject to penalties prescribed for such violations under section 1-4-2 of this code, subject to the provisions of Idaho Code 18-111 and 18-113A.
