The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Steve Richards at 7:00 p.m. at the City Building located at 2135 South
Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho. Tom Hunsaker led the Pledge of Allegiance.

MINUTES:
August 3, 2011: Commissioner Tom Hunsaker moved to approve the minutes, as presented. Commissioner Rick Butler
seconded the motion. All in favor – the motion passed.

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. Comprehensive Plan Draft:
After some discussion it was decided that Ron would email the word document for the
comprehensive plan to each of the Planning and Zoning Commission members for review. They were asked to review it and send their
comments to Ron via email. They will finish the comprehensive plan in the October meeting and sent it to the City Council for review.
It would be advantageous if the plan text could be approved at the November meeting of Planning and Zoning so final approval by the
City Council could occur by December.

- Ron went over the City Council meetings that had taken place since the last Planning & Zoning
meeting in August and discussed the action taken by the City Council.

– Tom Hunsaker - Nothing to report.

Commissioner Robert Taylor moved to adjourn. Commissioner Greg Maeser seconded the motion.
All in favor – the motion passed.
