1. Addition of a new chapter to Title 10, Planning and Zoning land use regulations. The
proposal would add a new Chapter 35 entitled Mixed-Use allowing and regulating mixed use
projects and the zoning designation to the City Code.
2. Proposal to modify Title 10, Planning and Zoning land use regulation, Chapter 5,
Supplementary Regulations to Zones adopting a new section entitled Allowed Uses Chart and
the related chart of Mixed Uses.
3. Proposed related amendments to the written portion of the comprehensive land use plan.
