AGENDA CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Steve Richards Pledge of Allegiance: Scott Wessel MINUTES: November 4, 2015 PUBLIC HEARINGS: 2015-019 – Integra Holdings LLLP for Hawks Landing - Request for the following actions: 1. To rezone property currently zoned C-1 (Limited Commercial) to RP (Single Family Detached Residential). 2. To rezone property currently zoned R1-A (Single Family Attached Residential) to RP (Single Family Detached Residential). 3. If the rezoning requests are approved, the comprehensive land use map of the City will be modified to reflect those zone changes, from Light Commercial and Medium Density designations to Low Density Residential. 4. Remove portions of the existing Division 1 Hawks Landing PUD from the planned unit development overlay (which will then precipitate an amended Division 1 plat) and master plan requirements. 5. Remove all remaining un-platted property from the original master plan of the Hawks Landing PUD from the planned unit development overlay and master plan requirements. 6. The result of removal of all remaining property would eliminate the originally proposed club house and pool from the Hawks Landing PUD and future development and requirements of the master plan. 7. Request to build to RP Single Family Detached zoning standards removing restrictions on size of lot currently required in the annexation agreement dated December 15, 2006. ACTION ITEMS: 1.
