Minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Comnpssion: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Greg Maeser at 6:35 p.m. in the City Building at 2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho. Hall, City Councilmember Bill Manwill, City Engineer Aleen Jensen, City Clerk . OTHERS PRESENT David Benton, Benton Engineering Alan Cunningham, Mt. River Engineering Stan & Sandra Steele, Telemark Dev. Brad Pickett David Shipman, Attorney for Telemark Dev. Bodily, Utah Power Cindy Donovan Tom Hunsaker led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Ron Folsom moved to table the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission meetings held October 3 and November 14,2000, until the next meeting. Karen Anderson seconded the motion. Voting was all in favor. The motion carried. Chairman Maeser opened the Public Hearing on the Area of Impact. Notice of the Hearing was published in the Post Register on November 20 and 27, 2000. A copy of the map showing the proposed Area of Impact has been posted in the City Office. Interested parties were sworn in to give testimony. The proposed Area of Impact is the result of a number of meetings involving the Planning and Zoning Commission, Bonneville County, City of Idaho Falls, and City of Ammon. Engineer Manwill explained the changes from what the Planning and Zoning Commission originally proposed. Ron Folsom and Tom Hunsaker added input to help point out the area. . Hitt Road is proposed to be the dividing line between City of Idaho Falls and City of Ammon. City of Ammon's Area of Impact will be east of Hitt Road and City of Idaho FaIls' area will be west and will include Hitt Road. Our north boundary will be Iona Road. Ammon will join City
