Minutes of the Public Hearing and Regulm-Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Greg MaeseI' at 6:40 p.m. in the City Building at
2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho.

Due to a lack of quorum, agenda items were heard and discussed but no official action was
taken.
Kevin Murray led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
The action was tabled until no later than October 3,2000, on the request for annexation of the
SmithlRittcr property. The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on
August 8. There have been no further developments.
Chairman MaeseI' opened the Public Hearing to consider the request of Van Arnold to annex a
piece of his property along Sand Creek directly east of the property owned by CBC Land
Company (Doyle Beck, et al) which was approved for annexation. Individuals desiring to
present testimony were sworn in.
