Minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Greg Maeser at 6:35 p.m. in the City
Building at 2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho.

until the next meeting.
The first item of business was the site plan and improvement drawings for Ammon Ranch,
formerly the W. 1. Judy Farm. Stan Steele represented the developer, and he explained they
were seeking approval of the site plan after modifications requested by the Planning and Zoning
. Commission and the City Council.
