Minutes of the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Greg Maeser at 6:30 p.m. in the City
Building at 2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho.

Tom Hunsaker led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting held December 7, 1999 were
reviewed. Karen Anderson pointed out a typing error on page 2, paragraph 4. The sentence
should read, "At the hearing Mrs. Steele cited information from the AARP article." Tom
Hunsaker suggested that the last sentence on page 3, paragraph 5 should read, "There have been
