February 3, 1999
Minutes of the Public Hearings and Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kevin Murray at 6:30 p.m. in the City Building at
2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho.

Ron Folsom led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Karen Anderson moved to approve the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission
Meeting held December 1, 1998. The motion was seconded by Ron Folsom. Voting was
unanimous in favor. The motion carried.
Kevin Murray reported on the meeting of the Bonneville County Planning and Zoning
Commission held January 27,1999.
Councilman Ira K. Hall reported for the City council. Developers of the Fred Karford property
requested Council approval of the Final Plat for Oak Ridge Addition. The request was denied
because the engineering details were incomplete, and the Council wanted to wait for the
Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation on a rezone following their public hearing
tonight. Address changes were approved for Taylorview Lane in Stonehaven Division No.6.
