The ordinance per'tain- ing to fences was brou~ht into question by Tye TOMchak, how- ever it was concluded the ordinance clarification now being wortted on addressed structures rather than fences, shrubs, etc.. Brian Taylor and .James Southwick ex- pressed dissatisfac~ion with that, feeling it wO~lld not be legally enforceable. It was tt,en suggested by Mr. Tomchak, zoning administrator, that the clarifica'tion be written in such a way that a resident have full use of his rear lot according to his immediate neighbor's lo'b usage. Mr. Tomchak informed the commission he would s(~on be atte~ding a meeting a.t which he might be able to'secure additional information as to ho~~ other c~rnrnunities address the corner lot ~set backs and the rea..... and side ya1~d set backs.
