April 7, 1998
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kevin Murray at 6:35 P.M. in the City
Building at 2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho.

Dick Bybee led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting held March 3, 1998 were
presented for approval. Dick Bybee moved to approve the minutes as written without change.
Ron Folsom seconded the motion. The voting was unanimous in favor. The motion carried.
At 6:45P.M, Chairman Kevin Murray opened the Public Hearing to consider Melvin Wheeler's
request for a rezone of Lot 1, Block 1, Schoolside Addition Division 1, from Rl to R2.
Notice of Hearing was published in the Post Register on Mar. 21, and Mar. 28, 1998. Property
owners within three hundred feet (300') were mailed notices of the hearing. Chairman Murray
swore in parties interested in presenting testimony.
