The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kevin Murray at 6:35 P.M. in the City
Building, 2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho.

The minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting held January 6, 1998
and February 11, 1998 were presented for approval. Dick Bybee moved to approve
the January 6, 1998 minutes as written without change. Greg Maeser seconded the
motion. The voting was unanimous in favor. The motion carried. Russell Bennion
