" CITY OF AMMON SPECIAL MEETING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION February II, 1998 Minules oflhe Special Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kevin Murray at 6:30 P.M. in the City Building, 2135 South Ammon Road, Ammon, Idaho. Ron Folsom led the Pledge of Allegiance. MEMBERS PRESENT: Kevin Murray, Chairman Greg Maeser Russell Bennion, Vice Chairman Elaine McGary Ron Folsom Dick Bybee Maxine Hardy Randy Waite MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: Kirt Hillam CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: David Wadsworth, Public Works David E. Benton, City Engineer Barbara J. Ellis, Deputy Clerk Jay Johnson Brad Pickett OTHERS PRESENT: Richard Dare Bill Manwill The first item of business was Bonneville County Centennial Ranch No.4, a plat within the City of Ammon Impact Area. Richard Dare represented Randy Hicks. The location of the property is the west side of Crowley Road near 151 Street. Dick Bybee recommended approval to the City Council and Ron Folsom seconded the motion. The voting was unanimous in favor. The motion passed. The second item of business was a Final Plat of Tie Breaker Village Division No. 10, including a replat of part of Lot 5 Block 5 and Lot 10 Block 6 Division No.2. David Benton stated he was representing Robert Suitter and not the City of Ammon. He explained the two small pieces of property included in the replat portion. Concerns of John Adams Parkway were discussed. David Benton mentioned that John Adams Parkway would be a four lane road and developers plan to present south of John Adams Parkway as Quail Run Division. Ron Folsom moved to approve the Final Plat of Tie Breaker Village Division No. 10 after investigating the accuracy of notations on the
