The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman
Mark Scrogham. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led
by Elaine McGary.

Voting was
Due to the non-appearance of Skidmores, which were on
the Agenda, the first item of business was Human Resource
Investment, represented by Steve Hardman. The property
concerned is located on Falcon Drive, North of E. 17th Street,
East side of Falcon, North of Key Bank property. It is zoned
R3A and R2A. A site plan/plot plan was presented (see
attached) which specified eight buildings with eight apartment
units per building and also one common building. The
development is to be a planned unit development. The property
comprises four and one-half acres. The commission was
informed that there would be an on-site manager with the
commons building to house miscellaneous needs. The complex
would be known as Palisades Park Apartments.

After review, Chairman Scrogham called for a motion.
Dick Bybee motioned to recommend to City Council approval of
the site plan as a PUD (dwelling group planned) of Palisades
Park Apartments located as follows: Lot 2, Block 3, Lots 1,
2, 3, and 4 of Block 4; and the vacated Lorie Street in the
Monty Howell Addition to the City of Ammon containing
approximately 4.11 acres. Ron Folsom seconded the motion.
Voting was unanimous. The motion carried.
