PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES
January 3, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman
Dick Bybee. It was held at The Sandpiper Restaurant, Idaho
Falls, ID.

The single item of business was a request for a
conditional use permit by the City Council for the purpose of
allowing the construction of a City Building on a portion of
North McCowin Park, near the northwest corner of the
intersection of Midway Avenue and Southwick Lane.
It was explained by Mayor Ard that the building was to
be offices and a council chambers. It would be one story and
of a design to be compatible with the surrounding area. It
was explained that an architectural firm was now working on
a design.

property had been identified for such.
