MINUTES
Chairman Scott Wessel opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall building located at 2135 South Ammon Road.
Commissioner Steve Richards led the Pledge of Allegiance.

City Officials Present:
Ron Folsom, Planning Director
Lance Bates, Engineer
Gay Leming, Deputy Clerk
Members Absent:
Cindy Donovan

MINUTES: November 7, 2012:
Commissioner Robert Taylor moved to approve the minutes, as presented. Commissioner
Tom Hunsaker seconded the motion. All in favor – the motion passed.
December 5, 2012:
Commissioner Steve Richards moved to accept the minutes, as presented. Commissioner Robert Taylor
seconded the motion. All in favor - the motion passed.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
None
ACTION ITEMS:
1. Election of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson:
Ron explained that both the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson are
eligible for re-election. Commissioner Steve Richards moved to nominate the current Chairperson (Scott Wessel) and Vice
Chairperson (Rick Butler). Commissioner Robert Taylor seconded the motion. All in favor - the motion carried.

2. Oath of Loyalty from all members:
Each Commissioner present read and swore the Official Oath.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. Review of Title 10:
Ron asked the Commission to review Title 10 and send him any revisions they feel are needed. He
will put the comments on the suggested changes from Tom and Steve on the web so that everyone can read them.
REPORTS:
1. City Council Actions:
Ron explained to the commission what happened in the meetings for the month of December,
and the first meeting in January.
2. City of Idaho Falls Planning and Zoning Actions
– Cindy Donovan was absent.
3. Bonneville County Planning and Zoning Actions
– Tom Hunsaker had nothing to report.
Call for Adjournment:
Commissioner Tom Hunsaker moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Robert Taylor seconded the
motion. All in favor – the motion passed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
