CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Rick Butler at 7:00 p.m. in the City Building located
at 2135 South Ammon Road. Quinn Simmons led the Pledge of Allegiance.

MINUTES:
July 11, 2012 and August 1, 2012. The minutes were not available for review, and will be added to the October
Agenda.

ACTION ITEMS:

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Review of Title 10, Chapter 1, section 10-1-2(C) – discussed changing the language to read: To provide a roadway system
that adequately meets the transportation needs of the City’s residents and businesses. Section 10-1-2(F) - discussed changing the word

“value” to values. Chapter 2 – Discussed proposed definitions for bicycle lanes, paths, trails, and ways, and for green space, retention
ponds, and Storm Water Retention.
REPORTS:
1. City Council Actions -
Ron explained what happened in the Council meetings for the month of August.
2. City of Idaho Falls Planning and Zoning Actions –
Cindy Donovan had nothing to report.
3. Bonneville County Planning and Zoning Actions –
Tom Hunsaker reported on three items, none of which impacted
Ammon.
Call for Adjournment:
Commissioner Robert Taylor moved to adjourn. Commissioner Cindy Donovan seconded the motion - All in
favor – the motion passed.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
