Call to Order: Cindy Donavon, Planning and Zoning Director at 9:07 a.m.
Minutes: November 8, 2023-Approved
Street Division Updates: None at this time.
Action Items:
1. Speeding on Ross Ave.-Residents at Geneva
2. Traffic concerns on Wildwood Lane (Centennial Ranch)
Discussion Items:
1. The Council’s thoughts on parking regulations for the period of the Snow
Proclamation and Snow Events-Abatement for residents to shovel sidewalks. No
change to parking regulations.

2. Traffic Signal at Midway Ave/17 St-No, but will get more data. Morgan-Data
doesn’t warrant it. Tracy- It is too close to the --------light.
3. Hillview Village-Data gathered from the speed trailer before the speed bumps
were installed and data gathered again 3 weeks after installation showed a drop
of 5 mph with no decrease in traffic volume. The speed bumps have been
removed for winter.
