Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator

Citizens’ Requests:
None at this time
Street Division Updates:
Traffic Signals and Hawk Signal backing plates- We are on Arco Electric’s schedule for installation. T. Bono would like to get a safety grant to replace the backing plates on all the
signal lights at the same time.
No Parking Zone signs on Hitt Rd going east at access points- Utilities are placed in a problematic area and the ground is frozen. Agreed to wait until spring. Replace temporary stop
sign at Wanda/Ross with a permanent one.
Action Items:
Derrald/Eagle-4 way stop and Horrocks traffic study-Waiting on study.
Discussion Items:
Weight limits on Ammon Rd.? - No weight limits
Roundabout-Poor visibility, both lights are out, very slick-T. Bono will look at the lights and clear off any snow. He is working on getting a bigger better street light. It is a top
priority to keep the roundabout free from snow and ice.
49th west of Ammon Rd gets drifted and iced over because of the field. T. Bono will speak with them to see if we can use the grader to put some snow trenches in.
No parking signs on Derrald- No, there can’t be any no parking signs on the same pole as a stop sign.
