Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator 9:06 a.m.

In Attendance: Micah Austin, Tracy Bono, Cindy Donovan, Clarissa Mueller, Sgt. Fielding
Citizens’ Requests: None at the time
Street Division Updates: T. Bono –
Rawson project should be complete by July 25th. Premier Paving has 4 driveways to finish.
Tie Breaker/John Adams-Redo the crosswalk.
Crosswalk at Tie Breaker/Match Point-Replace crosswalk, add ADA transitions and a rapid flashing beacon.
Curlew/Chasewood-Install 4-way stop
Ross Ave-Install speed/radar sign
21st St pathway-Install bollard separators
Eagle/Derrald-Horrocks will be doing the traffic study
1-way streets for Eagle/Salmon-Horrocks will be doing the traffic study

Discussion Items:
T.Bono-Ammon Rd south of Sunnyside will put up sign warning of rough road ahead.
Sgt. Fielding-Shopping is attracting those from other areas and traffic is heavy.
No news on the flashing crosswalk on 21st St. It is still early in the grant for a walking path on 21st. Signs in Brogan Creek need put up.
