Recommendation
-Adoption of Resolution 2020-011R.
Summary of Analysis
1.The proposed city fee resolution contains seven new fees. These fees are summarized in the
table on page 2 of this staff report.
2.Staff recommends no increases to existing fees.
3.The proposed fee resolution has been (or will be) discussed by the City Council at the following
meetings:
a.September 17, 2020
b.October 1, 2020
c.October 8, 2020
d.October 15, 2020
4.A public hearing on the resolution will be held on October 15.
5.In compliance with state statute, the public hearing on Resolution 2020-011R, City Fee
Resolution, will be noticed on the following dates in the Post Register:
a.October 1, 2020
b.October 8, 2020
6.The City of Ammon adopted Resolution 2018-007R establishing the first citywide fee resolution
on August 3, 2018. Prior to this date, departments maintained their fees in separate
resolutions.
7.TheCityofAmmonadoptedsubsequentFeeResolutionsthathavereplacedtheoriginalcityfee
resolution.
8.This new resolution, Resolution 2020-011R replaces the previous fee resolution.
