Mr. Roland Romrell appeared to request the help of the City in solving the problem of not being able to get sufficient water through the irrigation ditch culverts along the school and church properties to take care of his needs as a ditch user. In response to his request that consideration be given to setting up a meeting to be chairmaned by the City with the people involved being invited, it was decided that this could be done and should be under the direction of Councilman Swensen who has been in. charge of maters pertaining to the irrigation ditches. Mr. Romrell remarked on the efficiency of the Volunteer Fire Department, noting that usually someone has the fire machines out of the building before the siren stops.
