Regular Monthly Meeting of Annnon City C01mcil December 4, 1962
Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m.
CO',ncilman Roland Rornrell opened with prayer.

Steve Meikle, from B ank of Commerce, made a finei:a.l report on the
Peterson Park Well.
James Croston met "lith the City Council to present his problem. on cleaning
up the wrecked cars in his yard. He was given until February 1, 1963 to clean
them up.
Mr. Leon C. Searle from the Utah Power and Light Company, discussed street lights
for the City. The Po\ofer Comoany charges $3.04 per month per light for power and
they keep the lights in repair. There are 41 lamps at prestnt time; 7 more to
be installed would be 48 total. The Power Company agreed to install the
lights beofre spring if possible.
Mr. Bill Brunt met with the City Council; he wants a letter of acceptance for
the street in District one and t\'lO in Hi1Usdale addtion. The City
accepted the streets. Mr. Brunt to write the letter.
Steve Larsen asked for a license for a radio repair shop in the basement of
his home. He was told that a legal size sign is 12 x 12 or 144 ".
Richard Ager made a report on Walter Ball being picked up for drunken driving
and revoked drivers license.
Claims approved and signed.
There was some discussion on the new office building; and the road into
the McCowin Park.

The ~i~ was to oil the road into the park while the stakes are there and
get an engineer to give some figures on grading and graveling.
A moti0n by Councilman DeVon Hammer that LaVern Williams be approved as
assist and Judge. Seconded by Councilman Roland Romrell - motion carried.
