Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator— 9: loam
Present: Sgt. Kyle Fielding, Micah Austin, Cindy Donovan, Tracy Bono (Guests:
Morgan Stewart, Kristina Buchan, Heidi Boyle, Kris Oswald)
Minutes: December 13, 2023 -Approved
Citizen's Requests:
Sgt. Fielding reported that requests had come in for extra attention on Tie
Breaker Dr and Wildwood Ln. Deputies have also been at the stop sign on Eagle
Dr and Salmon St ticketing.
Council Member Boyle inquired about the roads near Promontory Point and
whose responsibility it was to clear them. Tracy noted that they were private
roads and had to be handled by the business or by the property owner, Ball
Ventures.
Street Division Updates: Snow removal is continuing; more snow is predicted. The
snow event is to remain in effect. Sgt. Fielding requested extra attention be given on
21st South as it had some issues with drifting this morning.
Work on Curlew Dr and John Adams Pkwy will continue as long as possible
throughout the winter.
Action Items: None at this time
Discussion Items:
1. Cindy shared a list of missing or illegible street signs throughout the City that
Planning would be working on with the developments to repair and replace.
Tracy added that City street signs are regularly replaced throughout the City.
