Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator at 9:02 a.m.
In Attendance: Micah Austin, Tracy Bono, Cindy Donovan, Clarissa Mueller, Mayor

Absent: Sgt. Kyle Fielding is excused for training
Minutes: April 12,2023-Approved
Citizens’ Requests: None at this time
Street Division Updates: Working on potholes and sweeping. ITS wants to do some
painting next week. The 4-way stop at Tie Breaker and John Adams needs done as
th
soon as the break-a-way sign posts are here. Time frame for work on Ammon and 45
Action Items:
1. Eagle St. bridge closure-After looking at the data and discussing issues it was
decided one-way streets are not a viable option. Bridge will be closed
temporarily to get citizen’s input and more data. Fire Dept. is ok with that.
Morgan will start the process for a public hearing. Mayor will take it to Council.
2. No parking signs and bike lane signage on Judy -Action Item on next agenda
Discussion Items:
1. Options and locations for bike paths. Budget? Morgan will start working on it.
2. ISP told Micah the radar signs are effective.
3. Parking in front of fire hydrants. Micah will bring it up to the fire chief to have
the fire department paint hydrants and curbs red.
