Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator, at 9:11 a.m.
In Attendance: Micah Austin, Cindy Donovan, Clarissa Mueller, Tracy Bono, Sgt. Kyle Fielding, Morgan Stewart, Heidi Boyle
Minutes: None
Citizens’ Requests:
School zone at Tiebreaker Elementary School – C. Donovan explained the request for a school zone on 1st Street in front of Tiebreaker Elementary School. No change will be made. C. Donovan
will follow up with the response to the request.
Street Division Updates:
Hawk Signal backing plates – T. Bono explained there is difficulty scheduling the installation of the metal backing plates. Looking for a safety grant to help with the cost of upgrading
the backing plates.
Pot holes on 1st Street – Sqt. Fielding explained situations they have responded to due to pot holes on 1st Street. They are directing drivers to talk to the City’s Street Division.
Commission directed T. Bono to put warning markers up to warn drivers of rough road.
Snow plowing – Council Member H. Boyle asked about the City’s process for snow plowing. T. Bono explained the process.
Action Items:
Derrald/Eagle-4 way stop draft report from Horrocks – T. Bono explained the updated study from Horrocks showed that a 4-way stop is not needed at this time. Will continue to monitor
traffic delays going north/south on Eagle Dr. No action.
