Wednesday, February 9, 2022
Call to Order: Micah Austin, City Administrator at 9:05 a.m.
In Attendance: Micah Austin, Tracy Bono, Cindy Donovan, Clarissa Mueller, Sgt. Fielding
Minutes: January 12, 2022-Approved
Citizens’ Requests:
H. Linchenko, Traffic Citation Appeal: The commission went over her appeal form and she spoke. Motion to dismiss. Motion passed.
Street Division Updates: Tony Black introduced himself as Streets Division Director to the Commission. No further updates.
Action Items:
None at this time
Updates:
Eagle Dr.: T. Black was updated. The other Local Traffic Only sign needs put up and then another traffic count will be done. Keep on agenda.
Stop sign dimensions in Bridgewater: Per M. Austin, M. Stewart will recheck to make sure they are in code
Speeding issue on Windsor: Sgt. Fielding will set speed trailer up again.
Ross: T. Black was updated. Flashing temporary speed signs will be put up.
Discussion Items:
White Pines: T. Bono, C. Donovan and M. Stewart met with J. Bailey who is one of their board members and also a traffic engineer. C. Donovan feels like they are being proactive and
things have improved. White Pines was reminded the issue must be taken care of by next year. Keep on agenda.
C. Mueller had a resident ask about snow poles. Residents may install them. Right of ways are for snow storage.
Tie Breaker School traffic is now backing up onto 1st St. Tracy will talk to J. Pymm with Dist. 93 about the safety aspects.
