●250-300 attendees, majority were from surrounding neighborhoods
●3 stations with 4 boards at each station a survey that was available digitally
and hard copies.
●Presented an overview of the proposed development and answered questions
from attendees.
●Overall those who attended expressed the following input:
○Were supportive of comprehensive planning in Ammon
○Had questions about infrastructure, density, and traffic
○Few concerned about views being blocked

How do you feel about Ammon’s future growth?
○Good, positive
○Transitioning very well from a village to a city
○Thumbs down
○It’s inevitable, but infrastructure needs to support the growth
○Planned community
○Not thrilled with future growth but it is expected
○Growth will come but it should be based on infrastructure to accommodate growth
○Don’t grow too fast so that roads and schools aren’t kept up
○Limit low-density and keep mountain bedroom community feel
○I want to live in the Ammon area and see why others like it as well
○Ammon lacks a cohesive plan
○Good. Growth is good if done right. Infrastructure, CC&Rs, etc.
○Needs to be planned out for the long term better
