Wednesday, April 14, 2021
Call to Order: 9:05 Micah Austin, City Administrator
In attendance: M. Austin, T. Bono, C. Donovan, J. Clapp, C. Mueller
Minutes: March 10, 2021-Approved
Citizens’ Requests: None at this time.
Street Division Updates: T. Bono and J. Clapp-Crew is keeping up with potholes and Sign Replacements, street sweeping when possible.
Action Items:
4 Way Stops at Judy/Stonehaven and Judy/Taylorview. M. Stewart, Assistant Engineer, presented traffic counts and they do not warrant any action. Motion to approve was denied. The
speed limit is 25 mph but according to county deputies the average speed is 35-45 mph. Speed signs will be put up.
Updates:
Yield sign at Fennec/Church St-T. Bono will follow up with the developer. Cross/Hollow- A Stop sign will be put up.
Signage for Salmon and Bittern-Completed
Discussion Items:
Pothole and Stop sign at the back entrance of Walmart – The City can’t do anything about it. Walmart has been notified multiple times by the City, residents, and deputies.
The Speed Limit sign on Sunnyside by Broulims is missing and needs replaced.
