It is the intent of the City Council to consider adoption of this proposed amended agenda at the beginning of
the meeting for the purpose of retaining legal counsel to defend the City of Ammon on a Fair Housing
Discrimination complaint filed against the City which requires a response to said complaint prior to the
subsequent City Council Meeting.
