CITY OF AMMON
Regular Monthly Meeting
July 10, 1962
Meeting called to order by Mayor Reed Molen at 9:40 P.M.
Prayer by Councilman DeVon Hammer.

Present: Mayor Reed Molen, Councilmen Harold Loveland, DeVon Hammer,
Darrell Long. Also present were: LaVern Williams, James Southwick,
and Dermont E. Ricks, Clerk.
Minutes of the last two meetings were read and approved.
Councilman Loveland presented a map of the McCowin Park. There was some
discussion on the road right around the boundary lines of the Park. He
also reported on his assignment in drawing up the specification .for the
well house in Peterson Park.

Mr~. & Mrs. Howard Harrington met with the City Council, had a problem of
sa~dy'water in their water lines.
Councilman Loveland read the new specifications for a drain pump on E.
Teton Street. Requested this be advertised for bids.
Some discussion on City license for selling in City limits. Decided to
continue next meeting.
The City Council requested the Clerk issue a warrant sighting Csp?) Bill
Brunt into court for building without permits. The Clerk to see DeVon
Brough about a building permit for elementary school building in Hillview.
